Georgia SDF train with the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team

The Georgia State Defense Force recently participated in a multitude of exercises with the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the Army National Guard.

Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF) Opposing Force (OPFOR) Command Soldiers assist the Georgia Army National Guard’s 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team with annual training exercises. Annual training was held August 14-August 17, 2020 in multiple training areas in Georgia.
On August 15, 2020 in Forsyth, Ga., GSDF OPFOR Command Soldiers, together with Soldiers from 2nd Battalion 121st Infantry Regiment 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, participated in tactical radio operations practice (shown below) as one of the required tasks during the annual training.
