More from the New York Guard Statewide Communications Exercise

The New York Guard (State Defense Force) recently posted more content from their recent Statewide Emergency Communications Exercise. The content focuses on the 14th Detachment of the New York Guard, based out of Long Island, NY, as well as the 15th Detachment, which is based out of New York City.

The Exercise focused on testing communications interoperability between multiple State and Federal Agencies. The organizations involved in the exercise included the New York Guard, Naval Militia (US Navy & US Marine Corps Reserve Personnel), Civil Air Patrol, as well as the New York State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES).
