Task Force Midas is a Joint Task Force composed of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard and Ohio Military Reserve (State Defense Force).  The task force mission was to assist in processing unemployment claims which they successfully processed over 300,000 applications. The Ohio Adjutant General, Major General John C. Harris, thanked the service members for the service.

Task Force Midas was completed on Wednesday, 30JUN21 with the closing ceremonies attended by Ohio Adjutant General MG John C. Harris.

Approximately fifty Ohio Military Reserve soldiers processed over 300,000 unemployment claims in three months for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
