Ohio SDF ensure troops are Army Standards Fit

The Ohio Military Reserve (State Defense Force) ensures that their troops meet the Army Standards of Fitness, Ohio Regulation 40-1 Standards of Physical Fitness.  Troops that do not meet those standards are not able to be deployed for missions.
