The Texas State Guard (State Defense Force) recently partnered with the Texas Division of Emergency Management, Walker County Emergency Management, and the Sam Houston State University Emergency Management to engage in a joint evacuation exercise. The exercise was designed to strengthen the skills of troops and personnel in the usage of the Emergency Tracking Network (ETN) system.
