The Texas State Guard (State Defense Force) recently had their troops undergo firearms training in preparation of the upcoming Governor’s Twenty Service Rifle and Pistol Matches. This competition is held in March with members of The Army National Guard, Air National Guard and Texas State Guard competing in the fields of Service Pistol, Service Rifle, Sniper and Machine Gun.
