In a recent issue of The Georgia Guardsman, the Georgia National Guard discussed the upcoming Hurricane season and how they are preparing for it. With increasing deployments of the Georgia National Guard to support combat commands throughout the world, the Guard is planning on utilizing more military and civilian assets, which includes the Georgia State Defense Force.
