New York Guard activated to respond to Coronavirus Outbreak

The New York Guard (State Defense Force) has been activated by the Governor of New York to assist and augment the New York National Guard for Coronavirus (Covid 19) containment.  The National Guard & State Guard join a task force that compromises multiple agencies in responding to this national emergency.
