The Texas State Guard (State Defense Force) recently held a special swear in ceremony at the historic & legendary site of the The Alamo. The Alamo was a battle where approximately two hundred Texas defenders valiantly fought a Mexican Army that numbered in the thousands. To learn more about the battle please visit The Alamo.org.
On June 11th, a special swearing-in ceremony was held where Major Michael Moore the new XO for 4th BN 6th BDE under CO LTC Ricky Lopez was sworn in by Col John Muirhead in front of the Alamo.
