The Commander of the National Guard 40th Infantry Division recently thanked the Civil Affairs detachment of the California State Guard (State Defense Force) for their support of the divisions recent exercise.
We appreciate the California State Guard soldiers who joined 40th Infantry Division Command Post Exercise (CPX) to provide Civil Affairs expertise. Their knowledge is so valuable to this exercise and really increased the division staff’s learning.
