We at State Defense Force are running a poll this week to see what your opinion on this subject is.
Under Federal law 32 U.S. Code § 109 – Maintenance of other troops, States are allowed to create and retain ‘defense forces’. Some States like Georgia have named theirs the ‘Georgia State Defense Force’, others like Texas have named theirs the ‘Texas State Guard’, and others like Indiana have named theirs the ‘Indiana Guard Reserve’
