The Texas State Guard’s (State Defense Force) 2nd Brigade recently held a Joint Exercise with troops from 1st Battalion, 3rd Battalion, 4th Battalion, Judge Advocate General (JAG) and the Fort Bend County EMS. The exercise covered Emergency Tracking Network (ETN) Awareness, Land Navigation, among many other skills to ensure the troops are ready when deploying.

It provides full medical support to transport multiple patients in a mass care emergency.Troops also performed the Physical Fitness test to standard and attended a briefing by the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corp to meet deployment readiness requirements.
