The Texas State Guard (State Defense Force) 2nd Brigade recently delivered over 400 pounds of food and snacks to troops that are currently deployed on Active Duty.
Lt. Col. John Hermann, 2nd Brigade, Texas State Guard, delivers more than 400 pounds of cookies and snacks to fellow deployed service members, December 22, 2021. Hermann’s wife, Gena, the founder of the newly established 2nd Brigade Family Readiness Group, coordinated the baking and collection of the cookies delivered by airlift in Col. Hermann’s private airplane, a vintage Navion manufactured for the U.S. Airforce in 1946. Hermann piloted the “Cookie Express” with the assistance of Warrant Officer 1 Gregory Illich along an 800-mile round trip that included two delivery points where they were met by troops eager to share in a little Christmas spirit. Let us always remember and support those deployed. Well done!(Texas State Guard photos by Warrant Officer 1 Gregory Illich, Lt. Col. John Hermann, and 1Lt. Mark Coleman)

I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
Your point of view caught my eye and was very interesting. Thanks. I have a question for you.
