Troops from the New York Guard (State Defense Force) recently spent their InActive Training drill re-certifying on providing Basic First Aid. While receiving first aid training during basic training, The New York Guard ensures its troops keep up to date with all the basic techniques of first aid, so if needed to be provided they are ready to respond.
Soldiers at Camp Smith Training Site attended a Zoom training for Basic First Aid during the monthly drill on April 9th 2022.
