During The New York Guard’s (State Defense Force) Annual Training multiple classes from various schools participated in the Leaders Reaction Course (LRC). This specialized course is a Field Training Exercise (FTX) designed to develop teamwork and test leadership potential. It is made up of a multitude of obstacles the students need to overcome through planning, teamwork, and ingenuity.
The Classes that participated in this LRC FTX were:
- Initial Entry Training (Basic Training)
- Officer Candidate School (OCS)
- Primary Leaders Course (PLC)
- Advanced Leaders Course (ALC)
