Private Anthony Fonseca was Mississippi State Guard’s Soldier of The Year. In the following vide he explains how he discovered this State Guard and why he joined. Have a watch:

Then Private, now Private First Class Fonseca, was promoted in late 2022. He was awarded 210th

Battalion’s “Soldier of the Year” award during Annual Training for his outstanding dedication and service with the Mississippi State Guard.

 

In the interview, Pfc. Fonseca gives us an insight into what he thinks about the Mississippi State Guard, why he joined, and what his advice to others would be if they are interested in joining.
