SC State Guard completes National Guard chainsaw training & First Aid

The South Carolina State Guard (State Defense Force) recently certified in the SC Army National Guard Chainsaw Operations and CPR/ First Aid training courses.

This past weekend, under the command of MAJ Jason Ross members of A-CO and 2BN HQ, completed the SCARNG training certification course for Chainsaw Operations and CPR/ First Aid Certification. The knowledge gained through these courses will greatly increase our capabilities during disaster and emergency response.

A special shout-out to the 117th Engineer Brigade for conducting the training and ensuring that our troops are prepared to respond and support the Citizens of South Carolina.
