Soldiers of the Medical Expeditionary Group (MEG), comprised of members of the 61st MEDCOM and other members of the TNSG, are honored by the Tennessee National Guard for their 17 months of State Active Duty service during the COVID pandemic. Over 110 TNSG soldiers participated in the response to support the people of Tennessee.
