New Advanced Course Provides Better Trained Leaders for Georgia SDF

A new class of Non-Commissioned Officers are taking the Georgia State Defense Force Advanced Leader Course. This 6 month course provides more technical skills, experience and skill on leading squad sized units.

Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF) Training and Doctrine Command Staff Sgt. R. L. McCaskill leads formation for the GSDF Advanced Leader Course Class 22-01, Ellenwood Readiness Center, Ellenwood, Ga., February 12, 2022.
The Advanced Leader Course provides Soldiers an opportunity to enhance technical skills, tactical expertise, and experience needed to lead squad-sized units. The 6-month course runs February through July.
