The Alaska State Defense Force spent their weekend training drill focusing on Water Purification. The Kodiak detachment spent their time in the field to ensure their soldiers develop their water purification skills. The Alaska State Defense Force ensures that it can provide sustainable water during an emergency to any communities affected.
The Alaska State Defense Force was recently activated to assisted local communities that were affected by landslides and wildfires. The Force stands ready to assist any part of Alaska during times of emergency.
Drill has been amazing this weekend! We have several excellent training events going on around the state! The Kodiak Detachment is conducting water purification training. The ASDF can purify water for communities in need when called forward to do so!
