We have just released The New York Adjutant General Speech. The speech was given during The State Guard Association of The United States Conference on Saturday, November 19th. The speech was given by The Adjutant General of The State of New York, Major General Ray Shields. A Combat Veteran and Bronze Star recipient his military service record is incredible. During the speech The General dove into the incredible accomplishments of The New York Guard (State Defense Force) during the recent Covid-19 Pandemic, as well as other operations such as Asylum Relief Support. The Adjutant General went on to say how valuable State Defense Forces are to statewide emergency response and described the level of contribution they offer states.
