California troops graduate Search & Rescue school

Soldiers from the California State Guard (State Defense Force) recently completed their SARTECH II training.  SARTECH II is a nationally and internationally recognized standard by the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR).

 

California State Guard Search and Rescue Detachment (SAR-DET) completed their SARTECH II training this HOT weekend at Camp San Luis Obispo. SARTECH II qualification is the level recommended, nationally and internationally, for any person who functions on SAR missions as field searchers.
SARTECH certifications are conferred through the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR)
