The Texas State Guard (State Defense Force) recently had troops constructing barriers & fencing along the southern border as part of Operation Lone Star. Operation Lone Star is a Joint Task Force mission composed of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Texas State Guard, and other agencies who’s mission is to prevent the criminal activity along the border, including criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking.
Members of the Texas State Guard are on the ground constructing strategic barriers along the border in support of #OperationLoneStar.
