Yes, State Defense Force troops often wear the same uniform as The US Army National Guard which currently is The Operational Camouflage Pattern ( OCP ). However some State Defense Forces such as The Virginia Defense Force or Vermont State Guard continue to wear a uniform similar to the Battle Dress Uniform (An army uniform from the days of the Cold War)
