A new class of sixteen soldiers recently graduated from Georgia State Defense Force’s Initial Entry Training. Initial Entry Training is a course designed to introduce Non Prior service members to the military. The training is composed of Basic Soldiering Skills and is designed to reflect the basic training conditions of the United States Active Duty forces.
Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF) Soldiers graduate from Initial Entry Training (IET) at Clay National Guard Center (CNGC), Marietta, Ga., August 2, 2020. GSDF cadre from the 1st Brigade join the Soldiers for the ceremony held at a historic chapel at CNGC.
