The Georgia National Guard and State Defense Force recently supported Cobb County’s Law Enforcement & Safety Event. The event focused on community development and showcasing equipment used by the Law Enforcement, military organizations, and Non Profit Organizations. The Georgia Department of Defense participates in local events throughout the year to help develop their community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderies.
The Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF) is honored to serve with the Georgia National Guard 78th Aviation Troop Command in support of “Cobb County National Night Out,” Jim R. Miller Park, Marietta, Ga., August 2, 2022.The GSDF is a component of the Georgia Department of Defense, along with the Georgia Air National Guard and Georgia Army National Guard.
